The front desk lady greeted me with a smile and was both kind and efficient. She made check-in simple and took time to understand my situation. The dental assistants who helped with my x-rays were super friendly, gentle, and warm — they made the whole process feel easy and comfortable. The dentist, who was a woman, was absolutely wonderful! She was professional yet kind-hearted and took time to explain everything in a way that made sense. Growing up, I didn’t have regular dental care, but she never made me feel embarrassed about that. Instead, she encouraged me, educated me about my teeth, and made me feel truly cared for. When I went back to the front desk to talk about my treatment plan, the staff member was patient and thorough. She walked me through the payment plan options and explained everything clearly. All I have to do now is call to schedule my fillings — so simple! Every single woman I met today — from start to finish — was friendly, helpful, and genuine.
